I totally agree with her. Is there anything more important in life than pani puris? Ofcourse not. Trauma inflicted on her will haunt her for the rest of her life and the subsequent generations to come.

I am also disappointed that this protest was not taken up for discussion and debate in the parliament. What we need is an amendment to the constitution, so that it doesn’t happen again. The perpetrators would have been afraid to commit such a heinous crime again had the punishment been so severe.

The perpetrators will be asked to buy one less Golagappas from other vendors than they were selling for the same price. Tasting their own medicine is the strongest punishment one can think of for this inhumane act of cruelty. Now, without this amendment in place, I am even afraid to look at the pani puris, let alone buying and eating them.
