The Lokayukta police probing the alleged irregularities in the allotment of compensatory sites by Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) has given a clean chit to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, his wife Parvathi and two others by citing “lack of evidence” against them in the case.
A notice issued to complainant Snehamayi Krishna by the Lokayukta police on Wednesday (February 19, 2025) said the allegations against accused No. 1 to No. 4 viz. Mr Siddaramaiah, his wife Parvathi, his brother-in-law Mallikarjunaswamy and Devaraju, the seller of the land, could not be proved due to lack of evidence.
